Shop Policies


I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. However, please contact me within: 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

Please remember that every item is vintage or antique, so there is wear and tear, consistent with age. I have tried to photograph as best as possible and detail any wear and tear in the information section, as well.

If an item has been damaged in transit and is unusable, I will refund the full cost of the item plus the shipping cost, once a photograph has been sent to me of the damage incurred. 

I do not refund the cost of return postage, unless the item has been misdescribed by me (which although rare, may occasionally happen due to human error). I expect the item to be returned in the same condition as when it was received.


I use Parcelforce, DPD, TNT and My Hermes in the UK. And for Europe and internationally, I use UPS, DPD and Impact Express.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies and 
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. 
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
North America: 2-10 business days
Europe: 2-5 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-10 business days
Asia Pacific: 3-15 business days
