Refund policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

However, please contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Please remember that every item is vintage or antique, so there is wear and tear, consistent with age. I have tried to photograph as best as possible and detail any wear and tear in the information section, as well.

If an item has been damaged in transit and is unusable, I will refund the full cost of the item plus the shipping cost, once a photograph has been sent to me of the damage incurred.

I do not refund the cost of return postage, unless the item has been misdescribed by me (which although rare, may occasionally happen due to human error). I expect the item to be returned in the same condition as when it was received.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tamara@reclectic.com and send your item to: 35 Pages Hill London GB N10 1PX.
