Alberto Beltrán García (born March 22, 1923, Mexico City, d. April 19, 2002, Mexico City) was a Mexican graphic artist and painter known principally for his illustrations and political cartoons but he also created a number of murals as well.
This is a fantastic original newspaper print signed (and with an inscription) by the artist in 1976. The illustration is roughly translated as "The way we treat tourists". (although I am not Spanish speaking so I am sure would be translated far better by a Spanish speaker.)
Dimensions 55.5cm high x 38cm wide
Styling Tips Wonderful piece of art for a study - or build up a collection of vintage newspaper cartoons for an interesting wall. Great collector's piece as well.
