This is a beautiful early 20th Century Anglo-Indian jewellery box with delicate inlaid brass decoration across the lid and sides, showcasing the fine craftsmanship typical of this style. The interior is velvet and includes a removable jewellery tray, along with a fitted mirror inside the lid, making it both practical and beautiful. It does have small surface scratches on the top and it looks like one teeny part of the inlay has a more copper look than brass. It does not have a key. A gorgeous piece for a dressing table or sideboard to keep little trinkets.
