I love this piece! A stunning 19th century oak stool (which also works beautifully as a little occasional table next to a chair for your tea or book, or a display stand to showcase a special piece). The scalloped edges are stunning and so unusual. It does have marks and scratches commensurate with age. It may also have had a wood stain in the past as it has a slight reddish tinge.
