A charming and unusual antique piece, originally believed to have been a 19th century French carriage clock, now thoughtfully transformed into a unique miniature cabinet. The glass-fronted door with exquisite carved rope decoration opens to reveal three small drawers, each adorned with beautifully decorative metal handles. Gently timeworn, the little cabinet has a soft, faded elegance with chipped black paint that reveals oak underneath. Perfect as a decorative piece for a living room or as a delicate storage piece for jewellery and treasured keepsakes. It’s quite heavy for such a little cabinet and the door is slightly tight when opening so you have to hold the cabinet.
