An exquisite antique French dinner plate in "Terre de fer" (Ironstone).
"Terre de Fer" was a trade name and similar to porcelain and became very popular in the early 1900s. The blue transferware design and cream coloured ironstone is beautiful. It is in good condition and has no chips or cracks. There is a makers mark on the back but it is unclear.
