A magnificent large ostrich feather and celluloid faux tortoiseshell hand fan, dating from the late 1800s. Beautifully Victorian. It has twelve sticks and can be adjusted to various widths depending on how wide you wish to open it. It is very delicate and one needs to be careful when opening. The feathers are soft and in stunning condition.
