A beautiful, early 20th century oil on canvas of an elegant Edwardian lady with a delicate lace hat and black choker necklace. The detail is exquisite and I love the glimpse in the background of the outside too. It also has a glorious red velvet and gilt frame. There is some discolouration, foxing and a few small losses on the velvet. The painting has been fully relined. It is unsigned.
