A gorgeous vintage chocolate tin, from Cadburys. It is actually tin on the bottom and the lid and a cardboard interior and exterior. Probably dating from around 50s. Apparently, they were expensive to buy back then, and like Roses or Quality Street chocolates. There are some dings and rust in places, but it all adds to the lovely shabby chic feel and it does close well (although quite tight).
