I adore this watercolour. The perspective, detail of the items from the fire hydrant to the banisters and chairs and the delightful glimpse into another time - Miss Wakefields Embroidery Class. Apparently painted by an artist in art school in the 1940s. It does not have a frame but has a cardboard mount with a chocolate brown edge which is timeworn in sections. Hang it from a clipboard, place within an old frame or have it framed or place it on a vintage easel. It is a very special piece.
