Look no further for the perfect shoe cupboard! The most wonderful and characterful industrial metal cabinet, in a glorious green shade and fantastic patina. The cabinet apparently comes from an old colliery, and I can only imagine the stories associated with it. It has flaps which open to reveal long and deep storage piegeon-holes (absolutely perfect for a pair of shoes to fit one on top of the other). Not only does it have these flaps, but the entire door can also be opened to reveal all the pigeon holes, and this is closed with a rod mechanism which is in good working order. It has bashes and bumps that are consistent with its age and use and some rusting and markings as well, which I have tried to show in the photographs. IT IS EXTREMELY HEAVY (at approx. 150kg).
