An oak Victorian shelf, with beautiful groove detail, circa late 19th century. It has an open shelves with lovely curved detail and the oak is in lovely condition. I belive that the cast iron hooks have been replaced at a later stage - perhaps in the 1940s with two areas that have bot been replaced, hence the little holes showing. However it is still a wonderful piece in excellent condition. Perfect for a kitchen to use as a spice rack and hang tea towels from the hooks. Good for a bathroom too and of course, excellent for the hallway for scarves and hats. It has attachments at the back so it is ready to be mounted. Please see all images.
