This is a gorgeous hand carved oak milking stool or farm stool from Normandy which stands on 3 legs and is half moon shaped. It is in lovely vintage condition (it has been polished), but still has signs of aging which add to its charm. It will look lovely in a traditional, rustic environment or even within a contemporary home. Place it in a corner of the kitchen with a vase and bright hydrangeas or even in a bathroom with a little box filled with handtowels.
