A beautiful nude oil on stretched hessian cloth which makes it so unusual. Gorgeous neutral earthy tones with a hint of blue. It is painted by figurative artist Dennis Gilbert who was born in 1922 and who has exhibited many times at the Royal Academy. He is still painting today.
