A wonderful glimpse into a time gone by. A beautiful menu cover of South African Carmine Bee-Eaters and on the inside - the First Class dinner menu for the Union Castle ship on August, 27th,1977. The music for the evening is detailed on the left. The Union-Castle Line was a British shipping line that operated a fleet of passenger liners between Europe and Africa from 1900 to 1977.
