A beautiful rustic pair of metal frames with touches of gilt (and brown coming through) with decorative scrolled edges. It is a matte gold - it may have had more of a rich gilt feel at another stage. Some splits and chips in both frames and parts of the scrolls and detail missing at the bottom but this adds to the charm. The large one has hooks and a stand and the small one just has hooks.

STYLING TIPS
I love vintage and antique frames and yes, they can be used to reframe an interesting picture or painting but they are equally striking as pieces on their own. Layer them up with other interesting frames, place an object in the centre and you have a wonderful vignette.
