Victorian Spindle Back Child’s Chair with a Woven Rush Seat

A stunning woven rush chair dating from the 19th century, when country style furniture was popular in the cities.  Beautiful old oak and the woven rush is in excellent condition. Although this probably was designed as a children's chair it is a stunning statement piece for any room and will look gorgeous in a corner in the bathroom.  There are some scratches on the wood consistent with age.

A stunning designed chair and although small, a timeless statement piece for any room even the playroom or kids bedroom. I love the idea of it as a corner chair in the bathroom.
