A beautiful tiny vintage hand-painted Japanese kokeshi doll. It is an unusual shape and I love the wood finish and the delicate handpainted flowers. It is signed at the base. Kokeshi dolls have been crafted for more than 150 years, each one is unique and they are thought to bring good luck and protection to the home.
