I love antique pieces that were practical in their day and now can be used in unusual ways. Salvaged from a Victorian wool factory, this drawer with its the metal spindles, originally held wool. And now? Its perfect to hang in the hallway for keys or even in the kitchen for small utensils. It can stand on a counter too. It is heavy oak with the original iron handles to the side and has scratches and marks consistent with age and a wonderful weathered patina.
