Travel to a bygone era with this elegant brown suitcase/ trunk made from hardboard, and complete with hinges that function well (although a little sticky)
The suitcase also has wonderful stitching all around and some travel stickers from a time gone by. There are scratches, marks, some bent bits and some scuffs, consistent with its age and use, but this all adds to the unique character of the piece and adds some lovely vintage glamour. The internal section is slightly musty smelling with a lovely old taffeta fabric lining.

STYLING TIPS Place it next to an armchair or table, either standing up, or flat, piled with interesting books and a few interesting vintage homeware pieces to add a colour splash. Or pile up three vintage suitcases, with a contemporary lamp, and use as a bedside table. You can even store small linen and towels inside. You could even leave this gorgeous suitcase open and use to store linen or towels or as an interesting storage for books.
