Wonderful floral painting on canvas - some of the flowers are painted quite naiively to add layers (ie using stripes) but I love the effect that it gives. Gorgeous colours and striking artwork. A little bit of Modern Victorian to add to your home, It does not have a frame but has loads of character just as is, either hanging on a wall or on a large easel. Could be oil paint but I think its more likely acrylic. It has a few areas on the bottom left and top left of the canvas where the paint has come off and a few mini debts but all adds to the gothic chic look.
