I adore this watercolour. The detail and vibrant colours of the shawl are exquisite and I love the sideview. Apparently painted by an artist in art school in the 1940s. It is painted on lovely thick paper amd looks gorgeous hanging from a clipboard or placed within an old frame, which I have done in the images below.
